Reduced rates for children under 12 years old when sharing with adult. (Please state ages when making reservations).  Adult tariff over 12 years old.

Check-in after 2 p.m. unless by prior arrangements.

Rooms with a sea view are charged per room at £2.50 per night extra or £15.00 per week. 

Rooms with a balcony and sea view are charged per room at £5.00 per night extra or £30.00 per week.

A 10% Senior Citizen discount is given on full weeks' of bed, breakfast and evening meal during the months of January - June inclusive and September-December inclusive.  This offer does not apply to bed and breakfast bookings.

Parking is only available if a street parking permit is booked prior to arrival.  A refundable deposit of £10.00 per permit is required.
